Good to know
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They already have Telegram. Your shop opens inside it as a Mini App, from your bot’s menu button, a link, a QR code or a message you send.
Who takes the payment?
You do, on your own store’s checkout, with the payment and delivery methods you already use. Chat’N’Sell fills in the cart and the shopper’s details and hands over. We never touch your sales money.
Do I have to manage a second catalogue?
No. Products, prices and stock sync from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or BigCommerce. You choose which products the bot sells. Stores on other platforms can upload a CSV or link a Google Sheet.
Can I message customers without paying per message?
Yes. Telegram bots message the people who started them at no cost per message, so broadcasts, campaigns, cart reminders and back-in-stock alerts are included in your plan.
How long does setup take?
Most stores are live the same day: connect your store, create a bot with Telegram’s @BotFather, paste its token, pick a theme.
What does it cost?
There’s a free plan with your first 10 bot orders included. Paid plans start at $49.99 a month per store, with no per-order fees. Until 31 December 2026 there’s also the Launch Offer: everything for $29.99 a month for 12 months.
